In the times daily today, Alabama is number 1 in opiate prescriptions. I think Tennessee is pushing them hard to get to number 1. My question is, what can be done to stop this addiction?

Start with determining the cause[s].

Deal with each cause separately as compassionately or harshly as the cause may dictate.
