Since, according to your post, she is somehow more than one person, that is perhaps why she can do double duty of some kind.
I'm sure she does do "double duty". Maybe even "triple duty", and the really dirty "duty". Doing it for the "brotherhood". Nothing in my post suggested she was more than one person.
She's married to Tony Weiner, a nasty weiner of a man.

Maybe if she wasn't doing her job for the muslim brotherhood, getting in with hilLIARy and keeping her entranced, and she was really interested in a marriage with a man, she wouldn't have married a cheating weasel like weiner. She knew he'd be too busy with his slimy ways to question her.
