Chelsea Handler Struggles to Name One Lie Donald Trump Has Told

Liberal comedian Chelsea Handler struggled to name a time when President Donald Trump has lied during a conversation with conservative pundit Tomi Lahren at Politicon over the weekend.

Handler and Lahren sat down for an interview-style discussion about the current political climate for an hour-long segment called "Chelsea Handler: In Conversation with Tomi Lahren" on Saturday in Pasadena, Calif.

The pair discussed Trump at length. Specifically, Handler had issues with Trump lying on a daily basis.

"It's not just, maybe he is lying. We have it in tweets where he constantly contradicts himself," Handler said."He says one thing then changes his position on things over and over again."

"It makes me feel unsafe," Handler continued.

"It makes me feel unsafe as well," Lahren said "Which is why I didn't elect Hillary Clinton."

Handler appeared agitated at the mention of Clinton.

"Stop talking, Hillary didn't win. He won. He won and he is lying almost daily," Handler said.

Lahren asked Handler to name a lie Trump has told.

"He lies every day," Handler said.

"What did he lie to you about," Lahren asked again.

"There is a whole list but I don't really want to read the list," Handler said.

Members of the audience began to cheer and yell asking Handler to name one example of Trump lying to the American people.

Handler gave two examples: Trump saying China was a currency manipulator before changing his mind later and saying China was not a currency manipulator, and Trump also changing his mind about keeping Janet Yellen as chairwoman of the U.S. Federal Reserve.

Lahren informed Handler that her examples of Trump lying were actually just instances of him changing his mind, and provided her own example of a politician lying.

"Kind of like, ‘If you like your health insurance you can keep it,'" Lahren said, referencing former President Barack Obama's statements about Obamacare.

Handler then hit Trump for lying about the size of the crowd at his inauguration.

"That's a lie I can live with," Lahren said, noting Trump's frequent use of hyperbole in his speech.
