Diebert Park

Dr. Kirk and Lillian Deibert donated the land that is now known as Deibert Park in Florence. The park was dedicated on May 25, 2000, and is a passive park enjoyed by walkers, joggers and many others who want to find an escape even within the city. The Children’s Museum of the Shoals is at the entrance to the park. In the park, you will find restrooms, ponds, interpretive trails, a playground, a Wisconsin-style barn that is being turned into an educational facility and plenty of greenery. Pets are allowed on a leash only.
