When did minority come to mean needy and deserving to be supported by the government? Right now, on TV, one member of a minority just said he quit his job because he had so many kids with different women that the government was taking all his check for child support. He and anyone else, no matter their color or background, should be forced to work to pay their child support, and pay back any government support they've been given. The same goes for the mothers. Both should be on the hook.
