I am pretty sure almost any chain business has standards it tries to meet when opening a new location. That said, I would be surprised if the standards were specific enough to address things like Bathrooms. To me, standards for restaurants seem to focus on the outside of the building and the dining room.

I would be surprised if bathrooms were important enough to have to be designed a specific way.
