It was a well known fact that when N. Carolina attempted to allow felons to vote it would be a boon for democratic candidates. Most of those who haven't been convicted "yet", vote democrat.

Additionally, if one looks at the demographic that is causing trouble and making threats to those voting opposite of themselves, it's very clear who has no moral compass nor respect for the constitution.

That should answer the question about why Hilliary and her $lutty husband can flourish in this country.
