If Trump was to win you would possibly see the fastest prosecution and guilty plead in history. The ONLY way that Hillary could escape future prosecution by a Trump administration or prosecutor would be to have plead guilty in time for Obama to then pardon her relieving her for any future action against her. Since Obama cannot pardon a not-guilty person she would have had to have pled guilty and all before January 20, 2017.
