Sears has gone to Heck in a breadbasket. Their quality and service are lost. They don'r care about the customer anymore. We purchased a new freezer, took 3 weeks to finally get It delivered. Drawer was damaged, and new kitchen floor tile scuffed. I fixed the drawer, and still have only had b/s reties about the floor. Bought my last thing there. Just turned 80 and have had Sears Charge since i was 16. Mama signed for me to get it then.

Sorry to hear about that.  You can actually tell somethings going on, and something not so good when you look in the faces of employees that have spent years working for a Sears.  It is a look like you'd have expected to see on the faces of Titanic passengers.

There is real anxiety about whether their job is going to be there much longer.  I hate that because Sears used to be a great place to shop and the employees felt they were part of a family and were conscientious.
