This will be a colossal boondagle as are most things run the by the federal gov't.
However, one thing you can be sure of is that ultra wealthy elite will not be impacted by this law in the least. People like John Kerry, Pelosi, Barack, Matt Damon, George Soros, etc... will still have access to doctors whenever and wherever they want because they will simply pay cash for what they need or the ultra rich communities will simply pool resources to have a neighboorhood doctor on call. It angers me that the people making the rules are never impacted by the consecquences of their decisions. Barack's family and Pelosi's family should be forced to endure the same wait times to see doctors that the common masses that they claim to protect will have to endure. However, that will not be the case.
