In a burst of cynicism, I see that the requirement for medium to large businesses to provide insurance, or take the penalty is delayed until 2015 for 2014. Excuse given by the administration is to give more time to let businesses become acquainted with the law. Real reason -- fore stall even more Republicans in the House and Senate. Probably the death knell for Hillary's chances for Presidency, though. Republicans will hang the results around her neck like a horse collar.
