I didn't see or hear many people coming to this man's defense and crying for justice for him.  It's difficult to try and judge what police are thinking or what they go through but the video and what transpired is tough to watch and feel that the man, that was killed, somehow deserved to die for what appears as him trying to keep from falling.  He was most likely a little wobbly from drinking and had a tough time crawling as they wanted him to.

If he had not been a white male the least that would have happened is the city would have paid his family millions of dollars but most likely the officer would have been convicted.  This is proof that police do shoot other innocent people as well, given the high tension of their jobs.  I don't know the former officer but I would think that now he has to live with he fact that he took the life of a person that didn't deserve to die and he has to live with that, which for many would be an excruciating thing to do.  I don't know though maybe he has no problem living with it but the man surely didn't deserve to be shot as he was and their tactics should be revisited and revised so that it never happens to another innocent person.
