I would much rather hear a speech by Biden with plagiarized content than to listen to the jumbled, jangled, chaotic, blithering, disjunct stream-of- consciousness, all-over-the-place noise pollution emanating from the curiously pursed lips of the red-faced brawling lout currently leading the GOP primary.
