ANY act or legislation that Congress implements upon that American people and yet exempts themselves from should be reason for their removal from office. Any politician that votes that way should be replaced by the people that elected them and they should pay with their job. All legislation that that pass should apply to them just the same as it applies to the American people, no exceptions!
