Bill/BeternU, Folks this is Skippy. I started by going to his first reference site ( http://www.gotquestions.org/Mormons.html ) I started reading the scripture references that were not from the King James Bible which the LDS church reconizes as THE VERSION to STUDY. Even in the references I found nothing that says Bill/BeternU right, Skippy wrong. I also found a discepency in the verses listed. Hi Rim, It is interesting that the atheists will NOT believe that God created the heavens and the earth (Genesis 1:1); they will NOT believe that He even exists. Yet, every atheist DOES credit God with all the bad things that happen in the world. Now, that, my Friend, is oxymoronic thinking! No, the evil in the world is man's doing. God created man and the universe to be perfect. But, in giving man free will, He gave man the ability to accept evil -- which he did when Adam disobeyed God.

There was a time, in God's relation with Man/Woman/Humans that actions on man's part could and potentially would invoke the wrath of God.
