Do you believe that BIG OIL should have to repay their excess profits to the American people through windfall profits taxes?

BIG OIL companies have increasingly set record profits, even during times of national disaster, e.g. Hurricane Katrina, etc.

Recently, an Associated Press article indicated that from research performed on data from the United States Energy Information Agency, BIG OIL companies purposely put the squeeze on Americans to increase profits.
