Yep, just when the little guy gets a break on gas prices, Obama wants to put on a $10.00 "fee" per barrel of oil.
Please explain the President's actions or policies that caused the lower gas prices.

Sensible people on both the right and the left frequently pointed out the known and proven facts about fluctuations in the price of oil, but this did not register with the blockhead sector, which ignorantly continued to blame the President.

how about this,, Bush had a democratic congress and Obama has a republican congress. Congress affects more than presidents, unless the President does executive orders
