if she had been in good health.?

I say no because of Migration and healthcare alone would have done it.
So screw the popular vote which doesn't reflex the majority of actual
US citizens employed and making the difference in our economy.

If she's so set on touting the popular vote let her be president of California and New York. But then again, NY didn't want her either.

she did beat trump.. by almost 3 million votes. ALL AMERICANS GET THE RIGHT TO VOTE. just because you shovel in the BS put out by republicans makes it no less true.  gerrymandering by the republicans is a fact, and very evident when looking at voting districts.

If America had structured the Presidential election by popular vote then Gore would have won in 2000 and Hillary in 2016 but there is a reason that our President is elected by the Electoral College so Donald Trump beat Hillary in the 2016 Presidential election and why Hillary conceded the election.

The electoral college gives all Americans the power to determine the winner and not just one or two very populated states such as New York or California.  As for the true number of total votes that Hillary garnered over Trump that number still has not been determined due to the fact that illegal voting has not been totally determined and it may never be.  Still it's a moot point because we do determine the president from the electoral college so to speak factually would be to say Donald Trump won the election and by a vast margin over Hillary.

Many liberals, Democrats, and Hollywood elites were convinced through polls and the media that Hillary had it in the bag only to face reality on election night as the actual results started coming in.  For that reason still they have a difficult time accepting that Trump actually won and are still attempting to overthrow the election.  The hypocrisy is beyond measure when you look at the scolding that the media and Hillary laid upon Trump when he said he might not accept the results of the election.  They claimed he was anything but a loyal American for failing to recognize our election as legit and not subject to hacking.  THEN when it was apparent that Hillary lost to Trump the Liberals, Democrats, elite media and Hollywood elite all joined forces in attempting to call the election hacked and say that Trump didn't actually win.  Frankly I don't know when, if ever, liberals will accept the election results.

voter fraud, again.. what a republican joke you've become... next.. trump may have won.. then again, it may have been with help from a hostile government. since the committee investigating the charges says 'evidence is more than circumstantial'. considering how much time and effort the republicans spent on benghazi, hillary, hillary's emails, bill clinton, monica lewinski, repealing the ACA... it sure seems a whole lot like republican hypocrisy for not even being willing to accept the new president is under FBI investigation. frankly, i don't know if or when the hypocrisy of the republicans will catch up to them, but it sure seems like, given the current state of the union, the next election cycle will open their eyes.. if watergate 2.0 doesn't happen first.

Now, after all this, Joe Biden regrets not running thinking that he could have won against Trump.  What Joe didn't realize, or maybe he did, was that Hillary was going to be the nominee from day one.  It was hers and everyone in the DNC leadership was going to make that happen.  She could even shine in the debates, of course, having the debate questions beforehand so she could practice the answers and possibly run a few past focus groups.   Trouble was that she is who she is and she has so much disdain for the voters that for the most part it came out and people rejected her hands down.

if Comey who is not supposed to admit or deny an investigation, would have not commented about reopening the Email investigation again, Hillary would have won.

I doubt that she would have won. Anyway, I'm glad Comy did what he did, I'm glad the truth was released about her and the DNC no matter how it happened, I'm glad she lost, I'm glad Obama is gone, I'm glad you Dems are in such an uproar. I'm glad she found out that even though her deranged and deplorable supporters tried every dirty trick in the book and more, they còuldn't hand over the office to her miserable, corrupt, lying, hateful ***.

Comey stated there was a counterintelligence investigation.

The F.B.I. director, James B. Comey, took the extraordinary step on Monday of announcing that the agency is investigating whether members of President Trump’s campaign colluded with Russia to influence the 2016 election.

Mr. Comey’s testimony before the House Intelligence Committee created a treacherous political moment for Mr. Trump, who has insisted that “Russia is fake news” that was cooked up by his political opponents to undermine his presidency. Mr. Comey placed a criminal investigation at the doorstep of the White House and said officers would pursue it “no matter how long that takes.”

If one is looking for more recent Russian connections, Hillary, Bill and John Podesta should be included. All received much more in cash and stocks than any in the Trump campaign.  Manafort's last contact was about 11 years ago.

As to Trump, he has done more damage to the Russian economy ($1.33 trillion GDP) than all the sanctions. Approving the Dakota Access and Keystone XL pipelines will significantly increase the petroleum the US controls.  Russian subsists on natural resource extraction -- oil, natural gas, chromium, uranium and gold, plus sale of second rate military equipment.

And the rest of the story:

Former acting CIA Director and Hillary Clinton supporter Michael Morrell told an audience at an event for the intelligence website Cipher Brief that there was simply no evidence whatsoever to connect President Trump to the Russian government.

Morrell wrote an op-ed for the New York Times back in August where he both announced his support for Hillary Clinton and argued that Trump was a puppet of Vladimir Putin, “In the intelligence business, we would say that Mr. Putin had recruited Mr. Trump as an unwitting agent of the Russian Federation.” However, he’s now changed his tune and believes that Mr. Trump is not only innocent of any collaboration with Russia but he further argued that the “Trump dossier” released a few months ago is likely a fraud

Morell, who was in line to become CIA director if Clinton won, said he had seen no evidence that Trump associates cooperated with Russians. He also raised questions about the dossier written by a former British intelligence officer, which alleged a conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia…

Morell said he had learned that the former officer, Christopher Steele, paid his key Russian sources, and interviewed them through intermediaries.

“On the question of the Trump campaign conspiring with the Russians here, there is smoke, but there is no fire, at all,” Morell said at an event sponsored by the Cipher Brief, an intelligence web site.

“There’s no little campfire, there’s no little candle, there’s no spark. And there’s a lot of people looking for it.”

Morell also mentioned the fact that former Obama Director of National Intelligence James Clapper also argued that there was simply NO EVIDENCE that President Trump or his team had acted in concert with the Russian government.

Clapper then went on to say that to his knowledge there was “no evidence” of “collusion between members of the Trump campaign and the Russians.”

“We did not include any evidence in our report – and I say ‘our,’ that’s NSA, FBI and CIA, with my office, the Director of National Intelligence – that had anything, that had any reflection of collusion between members of the Trump campaign and the Russians. There was no evidence of that included in our report.”

“I understand that,” said interviewer Chuck Todd. “But does it exist?”

“Not to my knowledge.”

“If it existed, it would have been in this report?”

“This could have unfolded or become available in the time since I left the government.,” Clapper replied, “but at the time I – we had no evidence of such collusion.”

I believe the people who supervised the wiretapping of foreign agents and the analysis of what they swept up would be the last words on the subject. Now what needs to be answered is who approved of illegally removing the "American Citizen A", "B", etc. designations and then leaked that information for political effect.
