For all you who have Facebook accounts and a Facebook page you may be followed by people that you have no idea were following you and then not know why you are being followed by these people.   I found out that there was at least 10 people following me that I had no idea who they were.  Many were foreign people who were not even in America.   Some from Europe and some from the Middle East.  I chose to BLOCK these people that were following me and that I didn't know and here is how you can find out if you are being followed, whose following you and how to block them.

  1. Bring up your Facebook page in your browser and sign into your account
  2. Select, from the top right menu bar's drop down indicator the settings menu
  3. From the Settings Menu (on the left side of the page) choose "Blocking"
  4. From the blocking screen type in "following me" into the box and click on the block icon/button.
  5. A popup window should come up with the names of people that are actually following you and you can see who they are.  There will also be the icon/boxes whereby you can click and block each one individually.  Apparently, unlike accepting people as your friends, there are people who can follow you without you even knowing it.

I don't know if there is any danger in people following you but people should be able to know who is following them and possibly why.  Some people might not mind being followed by people who they have no idea who they are or why they are following them but if you are like me maybe you don't like it and so you might want to block them from following you.

I don't know why people have to be all over the net, putting out all their info, "updating" every time they pass gas, posting naked pics of themselves. ****, the world has gone crazy. I don't do any of that mess and there is NO info on my computer that could do a hacker any good. Want an "update" from me, pick up the **** phone and call me.

WOW !   I don't usually fall to these things but I fell to this one.  Guess I bests start worrying about sleep or what movie to watch when laying awake in bed and can't sleep rather than these things like this.  Usually I look up on the internet about these things but I didn't on this one and got taken in.

Benadryl, I do three to four with 10mg of Melatonin around 8 or 9pm.

I've tried Melatonin and it works alright but the last time I used Benadryl it seemed to affect my taste or ability to taste certain foods so I didn't like that too much so I didn't repeat it.

My lack of sleep issues, at times, are my own fault along with a little Poodle dog named Bleu who has a alarm clock of his own and then being house trained he often wakes me in order not to soil the floor or wet the floor.  I'll take those wake instances anytime over the alternative.  IMG_1017

Give him a doggie dose of Bendryl, amount recommended by a vet for his weight, and he won't be waking you up until morning.
