Kathy Griffin was able to sell out her upcoming concert in one day's time and to me she can credit Donald Trump or more the hatred, not dislike, for Donald Trump. The last thing I believe you can credit is Kathy Griffin herself for I don't see much talent in the woman. You can bet though that this concert will be filled with bitterness and comments regarding the President.

Can you explain why Griffin was able to sell out concerts before Trump took office? Republicans are grasping at straws to claim anything good with relation to Trump. I don't blame them. With the train wreck of this administration, the hopes of the GOP are swirling around the drain.

Admitting you have a problem is the first step. Getting help is the next step. I wish you luck.

Nope! I can't explain it. To me Kathy Griffin, before Trump, has always been a very bitter woman who hates Christians and anyone religious and is a real pig of a woman with all her bitterness. I don't find her brand of humor funny but I know there are a lot who do. Also, with respect to the article I linked to I don't think her selling out the forum was the news but rather the short time in which she sold it out was what was highlighted and surprising. Most of her comedy is potty mouth comedy and the more offensive she can make it the more popular, to some, she becomes.
About two decades ago, I was working in NYC for a few months. One Saturday, I walked around the city and was presented with the once time chance of a lifetime. A couple asked me how to get to Carnegie Hall. With only a short hesitation, I said there are two ways -- practice, practice, practice, or go across the street.

She didn' t actually sell out in one day. She had been advertising and promoting it for weeks. I'm sure most were "pre-bought" online over the weeks, and like I posted, even the lamest has been can pull in 2800 people to Carnegie Hall. There is a reason she chose such a small venue.

Well I can't say I have been following it other than the initial story but I do admit that the mainstream media and most entertainment outlets, who are highly liberal, would have made any attempt at a comeback to appear larger than it is/was because they always circle their wagons and protect the guilty (only when the guilty are among their own ranks).

I don't think she ever drew the large crowds anyway. Her humor mainly consisted of jealous rants against other female performers that are prettier, more talented, and more popular than she is, and she was pretty much hated in comedy circles. Of course now that she took a shot at Trump, the hypocritical left will claim she was always their darling.

Prettier, more talented and more popular, so, except for Rosie and Joy, that's about everybody!

Well, selling out 2,800 seats must not be easy. Ted Nugget concerts generally hold about 1,500 and don't sell out often.
Why would anyone want to miss this...??
I wonder how many tickets G. Soros got and passed around..?
The very definition of fugly.

Better, the Unknown Comic's brown paper bag, with a warning label.

Conservatives have little to no clue what other conservatives think, much less what liberals think. Thinking isn't the strong suit for anyone who's a conspiracy nut, in general.
