Here are some for letters to send.

Representative Robert Cramer
2367 Rayburn House Office Building, U.S. House
Washington, DC 20515
Dear Representative Cramer,
Legal workers, not illegal aliens, should be the only ones allowed to have a say in union elections. I wish you had not voted against the motion to recommit H.R. 800 to committee.

Illegal aliens should not be allowed to have an influence in whether a workforce decides to be unionized or to block unionization.

Businesses should not be allowed to use illegal aliens to stop unionization desired by its American workers. Furthermore, unions should not be allowed to use illegal aliens to force unionization on American workers who don't want it.
Phone me if you would like to talk about this,

Representative Howard Berman
2330 Rayburn House Office Building, U.S. House
Washington, DC 20515
Dear Representative Berman,
You've got to decide if you are on the side of Big Business or the American worker. If you really support the latter, you must not support an H-1B visa increase.

I don't understand how in the world Democrats, who won back the majority by pledging to finally make the government work for the middle class and working people, can turn around and consider a policy (i.e., increasing availability of H-1B visas) that hurts Americans who are in employed in fields affected by the H-1B visa program.

There is no documented proof of the need for more H-1B visas. To the contrary, salaries at Microsoft are not keeping up with inflation and Microsoft has been asking its software developers to take furloughs so the firm can save money. This suggests there is no labor shortage, and thus, no need for more H-1B visas.

Your stance on the H-1B visas may be the first opportunity for voters to see if you are going to support Big Business or help working people for a change.
Phone me if you would like to talk about this,

P.S. This is an important issue!

Representative Howard Berman
2330 Rayburn House Office Building, U.S. House
Washington, DC 20515
Dear Representative Berman,
I am stunned by your support for an increase in the H-1B visa cap at the behest of business' interest in procuring cheap labor.

If you make an increase in H-1B visas one of your first acts as part of the House majority, you will be sending a message that you're no different than the Big Business Republicans you have replaced.

Americans returned Democrats to the majority because they want a change, not because they want business as usual.

The recent statements you made at the Tech Industry Summit suggesting you are going to attempt to pass an increase in H-1B visas is truly disappointing. The fact that starting salaries in high-technology fields have been flat or declining for the last five to seven years indicates there is no labor shortage. Furthermore, I hope you will not buy into the false claim that we need more H-1B visas for foreigners with postgraduate degrees. There is no labor shortage there either.

Your statements are illustrative of the fact that, on issues like H-1B visas, it doesn't matter which party is in control of Congress.
Phone me if you would like to talk about this,

P.S. What do you think you are doing?
