Another Meat & Three?

Looks like another Meat and Three type restaurant opening up across from Muscle Shoals school called "Donna's and Friends" or I think that's the name. There has been so many "come and go" restaurants in that location that one wonders if anyone can turn it around and make it there. If anyone tries it how about letting us know how it is.
