Two Crossed RED LINES, two different Presidents and two very different replies to Syria's President's crossing of those red lines.
If there was ever any doubts about difference between Obama and Trump this attack using 50+ Cruise Missiles against a Syrian air strip should remove all speculation. Aside from the statement to Syria's president there is no doubt that it's a shot across the bow of Iran, Russia, and North Korea removing all doubts about what kind of President occupies the White House today. A President of action and not one of hyperbole and idle statements or empty warnings.
I doubt, very seriously, that Iranian gun boats will be making runs at American warships thinking that they will be greeted with fears and inaction. It makes one wonder what North Korea will think. It's also interesting that this comes at the very moment that Trump and China's leader was dining with Trump and will be meeting with him on North Korea. I doubt that China's leader will look at Trump in the same way that they looked at Obama and more than that I'm 100% sure that Trump will not be apologizing to China or anyone else for the strike today. There is definitely a new LEADER in Washington and one who is decisive and determined.
It's a dangerous world and getting more dangerous each moment but you can be sure that our adversaries, today, have a renewed respect for America and our Military and the longer that Trump is in power you can be assured that the military strength of our nation will become stronger and more determined. Lastly I believe that there was a message sent to our men/women in the military and that is that there is someone in the white house that not only has their back but has their interest in mind. Also a sign to any and all adversaries that if America will attack a nation in reply to that nation attacking it's own innocent people then there will be a much more determined and deliberate attack against anyone that dares to strike the United States, our people or our friends.
It's a dangerous world out there but I, as an American, feel far more proud and safe, with Donald Trump in office than when Obama was in there.
