I don't know any of the people involved in this but anyone who decides to spring the murderer from jail needs to be prepared to be responsible for anything he does when he gets loose. Those of us who have had unpredictable and unstable family members, if they are honest with themselves, realize that there comes a time when you can't help them any more. This "man" needs to be punished to the fullest extent of the law. He was a threat and nuisance to the public as well as to his family. I don't care if it's drug or mental illness related - HE has to be stopped from hurting anyone else. Individual rights are revoked when someone acts in ways that result in injury and/or death to others.

If you don't know any of the people involved, what do you know about him being a nuisance? Just what the TD decided to print?

I guess I should start looking for another job or apparently I'll be on the bread line soon. I didn't realize your rights were revoked because you hurt or killed someone. I seem to recall some ancient document called the Constitution that says otherwise.

Beg to differ with the Constitution? This man is presumed innocent - I suppose that's why we have a Constitution, because of those who would beg to differ with it as it suits their individual needs.
I'm simply stating my opinion based on prior experiences in my own life. Don't mean to offend anyone but I have seen things with my own eyes and seen the damage repeat offenders have done. Apologies to anyone who feels I am trying to violate the Constitution. You play, you pay. You do the crime, you do the time. That's all I'm saying.
