How in the world does Bernie Sanders keep getting elected to congress?  A better question would be (I guess), why the communist ****tard isn’t doing time in jail.

I don’t know what happened in Vermont, a once proud and constitutional state. Maybe when New Hampshire separated they took all of the brains from Vermont.

In response to last weeks bridge collapse on I-75 in Ohio (a bridge that was in the process of being destroyed and re-built…a point that most people ignore due to the media also ignoring it), Sanders has called for $1 TRILLION in union dues…..errrr…..infrastructure spending over the next five years.  And this makes sense coming from Bernie, because he only knows how to spend.  Sadly he only knows how to spend YOUR money (and mine), with no measure of success.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/...on-on-infrastruture/

If you notice in the article at the link above, Bernie has not identified a source of funding for the bill.  And that is complete bull****.  This bill will take more of MY money in Kansas to fix **** in New York.  And guess what?  It will fund the work of the same union ****s that built the alleged failure in the first place.  Anyone ever hear of a gas tax?  You should have; most of the cost of a gallon of gas is federal taxes.  And what is that tax intended to do?  Maintain roads.  And tolls?  Meant to maintain roads.  But the government spends that money on social welfare bull****, and now ******** like Sanders wants MORE of your money, of my money, to fix **** that they caused.

Naturally the unions are all in favor of this boondoggle.

I have an idea…….why not let the federal government put suspenses on infrastructure renovation per state, and cut the fuel taxes, and let the states keep the money needed to meet those suspenses.  A revolutionary idea I know, but every bit as valid as taking MORE money to do a basic, Constitutional responsibility which the government has already taken money for in the first place.

Sanders has been a senator since 2007 and hasn’t had a good idea since.

And this one is no different.

Remember the shovel ready jobs I wonder where the l wonder where the money for that boondoggle went

That money simply went into the pockets of democrat (communist) and obama (communist) supporters, then it came back to democrats (communists) and obama (communist) in the way of campaign donations (payoffs). All of those companies that received stimulus money basically went bankrupt.

...they are simply looting.

Like a new kid in a candy store. He lied about the "stimulus, Obamacare, and just about everything else that he has controlled since being elected. Now he wants more 'candy'.

Vermont is a nest of socialists and they were setting up a state run single payer system with goober Jonathan Gruber, up to the time videos of Gruber were posted online showing that the Obamadon'care books were cooked. After that Vermont took a second look at the numbers and issued a "never mind" statement.

Actually, Perot's old running mate, Stockdale was a very generous and distinquished man. Although they never made news in the MSM, both he and Perot did a lot for Vietnam veterans who returned from Vietnam and from the prisoner of war camps. Stockdale was senile by the time he was running with Perot for the position, but I have much more respect for him than I do most of the politicians in Washington today.  At least he, and Perot, used their wealth and political pull to help those who had served this country.

Stockdale was indeed taken advantage of by the Perotnistas.  Stockdale ("what am I doing here?"), like John McCain, was a bona fide war hero.

 Sanders Reacts to Shinseki Resignation:

Transcript:

When he came into office in 2009, do you know how the VA was processing claims? They were processing them by paper, if you can believe it. He had to transform that whole system into an electronic one, and right now, they have cut waiting lists in half, and they’re on their way to almost end waiting lists in the next year. That is no insignificant accomplishment.

That is no insignificant bullcrap, Senator. Veterans lucky enough even make it onto a waiting list have often languished for months waiting to be seen by VA physicians. Many have died waiting for appointments, in the Phoenix VA system alone. Cutting wait lists, Senator? More like cutting corners.
