Not so much the best line, but the line most noticed by it's absence.  When asked what they would look for in a SCOTUS candidate, Hillary did not mention the 2nd Amendment in her priorities.  That is, until Trump did, and she followed up in her response .

Everyone, liberals and conservatives, know messing with the 2A is at the top of her agenda for SCOTUS.  Even Bloomberg says so.

Hillary Clinton believes a 2008 Supreme Court ruling that is the linchpin of an individual's right to own a gun was "wrongly decided," her policy adviser told Bloomberg Politics on Friday. *

which she did not mention in her debate response.

So was she lying?

Remember the times she rubbed her nose?

Touching One’s Nose
Among the most common signs of lying is the nose touch. It seems that the nose touch is connected to the original mouth covering gesture that is so obvious in children. Because adults are more conscious about body signs that they are displaying, the hand is quickly pulled away from the mouth, which results in a quick nose touching gesture.

You can tell the difference between a “normal” nose itch, and a nose touch that is from the signs of lying – the simple itch will be satisfied with rubbing or scratching, but won’t be satisfied with just a light touch, and this is what happens when the person is lying.

Once again, if the speaker is the one who displays the nose touch gesture, it means he could be lying. If it is the listener who does it, then he could simply doubt what he is hearing. **

2. The Nose Touch

The nose touch is probably one of the more recognized lying gestures, this gesture should be read in clusters and in context, someone may simply have an itchy nose caused by a cold or hay-fever.  A person may touch their nose several times whilst talking, or they may simply touch it once in a quick, imperceptible manner. The reason that people may touch their nose when lying is because when we lie we begin to feel more stressed, particularly if that person is lying to get themselves out of trouble. This causes blood pressure to rise which can cause the nerves in the nose to tingle. This gesture is often seen in adults more than children, and is thought to develop after the “Mouth Cover” gesture because it’s much more subtle.

Bill Clinton was shown to touch his nose almost triple what he usually did when he lied.  *

Bill Clinton also touched other women.  We have a blue dress to prove it.  Trump just talked about it.  And who does Hillary have a problem with?  Trump and the other women, of course.
