I've tried the Buca in Pasadena, California.  Here's what to expect.

Catholic idolatry everywhere.  I'm pretty much immune to it, but some are not.

Good, not great, Italian food.  Now, here's the Big Point: They serve each dish Family-Size.  Agree on what you want, as a table, before you order and ask the server about portions.  If every person orders her own favorite dish, you'll have tons of doggie-bags to lug around.

That in mind, try it.  Don't be shy about asking the server about portions.  Of course, if you like leftovers, and I do, go nuts.  Prices are reasonable.

Pretty sure it's Florence Kentucky for several reasons.

1.  The Jobslift site first words are "This job is over 60 days old or not exist."

2.  Search google and you'll find stories that state where one is opening in Florence Kentucky this year.    http://cincinnati.com/blogs/th...ng-to-florence-mall/

3. There's none others in the state.

4.  the Taleo link looks different from the main site in several ways, and there does not seem to be a way to get to it directly from their main page.

I can keep going...

Sadly I have to concur with ryokurin 2 and think this job relates to Florence, KY whose restaurant just opened.  I'd love to see one of their places come here and it's not beyond the realm of possibilities because Florence, AL did receive a high rating years ago for possible places a new restaurant might consider opening it's doors.  Sadly that was a few years ago and I highly doubt we rank up there now.  I'm still regretting that we lost some good BBQ places such as Famous Daves and Bad Bob's from Muscle Shoals and also the 2nd street Rib Shack but those things happen.  Famous Dave's started off great and just kind of dwindled down to mediocre.  I thought Bad Bob's was always good and don't know why they didn't make it.  2nd Street Rib Factory I heard sold out from the original owners who for a while was really beating it to keep up with business expansion and they had a killer product, in fact the best ribs I have eaten to this day.  But I heard that they greatly underestimated the time and efforts that it would take to run the business especially cooking the ribs at their house, in Russellville, and bringing them up here to finish at the place here.  Too bad cause I really thought they had the best ribs of anywhere.  For those that don't know they were located in what appears to have been an old house where ALFA Insurance is located now, on 2nd Street just a bit East of where Champy's Chicken is located now.

LOL I have never understood the fascination with chicken tenders that the people of Florence has. My kids don't even order them when we go out to eat lol

Horrors!  We are in full agreement on the chicken wing form of food perversion.

When I was a little kid and for quite a time thereafter, the wings, along with the backs, were considered the most undesirable pieces.  Now, thanks to someone or something (Elizabeth Taylor maybe?), wings are actually preferred by lots of folks and they are priced as high as or higher than legs or thighs, and right up there with bre asts. Your description of this wretched form of food is spot on!
