That's just dumb. Not ignorant, just dumb.

Religion is the foundation for most all the worlds substantial problems. Its's only logical to assume that is true nationally and locally.l

Yet another dumb statement. Explain to me how atheists like Hitler and Stalin were good leaders for their countries.

During the last century, the first and second largest mass murderers were officially atheists. The third largest mass murderer foisted off a syncratic religion based on blood, race and a superior leader. Quite a bunch to place yourself among. Dreaming of blood, mega-death and abattoirs, are you!

Hitler came very close to ruling the industrialized world, pretty impressive for a country as small as Germany. If only he had not run out of oil... And, he was raised a Catholic and was a member when he died having never been excommunicated.

In a speech delivered in Berlin, October 24, 1933, Hitler stated: "We were convinced that the people needs and requires this faith. We have therefore undertaken the fight against the atheistic movement, and that not merely with a few theoretical declarations: we have stamped it out."

During negotiations leading to the Nazi-Vatican Concordat of April 26, 1933 Hitler argued that "Secular schools can never be tolerated because such schools have no religious instruction, and a general moral instruction without a religious foundation is built on air; consequently, all character training and religion must be derived from faith."

Oh, and the video was rather puerile. Link the one of Pearl having his head hacked off if you wish to shock someone other than me!

It's called SATIRE elintfilter, **** you tea baggers have NO sense of humor, except when it comes to your candidates such as Christine "don't touch yourself" O'donnel and Sharon Angle.

Hitler declared his wish to hang the pope in full pontifical robes from a gibbet in St. Peter’s Square. Hardly the sign of a good catholic, or even a bad one.

The video was a satire and meant to shock. Perhaps, it might those with a mental age of 13. As to a sense of humor, I'm sure I've watched Duck Soup more than you. And, most of the Night ats. Now, there was a Marxist to enjoy.

That's actually funny, el. I'm a huge fan of Duck Soup and Night at the Opera myself - probably two of my favorite movies.

I was just going to ask if Hallmark makes a card for Burn a Cross Day.

Satire? My goodness but aren't you impressed with yourself! If you insist on the "teabagger" label, I think "salad tosser" is right for you and your idiotic ilk, and far more apropos... Wink

Is THIS all you have? As I recall, and I can find the responses to post if necessary, you seem to use this same comeback over and over again. Did you just got out of prison? Do you like jelly or syrup?

Since I won't be the one tasting it, pick whatever flavor you like. Wink

(Getting a beer from the fridge...waiting to spit first sip onto screen after reading the answer.)

Come on, don't disappoint...I'll waste a good swig of Heineken if you do.

I pretty sure you know the answer to both of your questions. Wink

As the KKK was traditionally the para-military arm of the Democrat Party...!

Why are you getting a sense of humor now, el?

You're ruining my caricature-like image of you as a hard-ass, curmudgeonly former marine (or whatever you were).
Spent three years in the Army, including two tours in Nam. Most of my government career was as a civilian employee of the Army. Last nine years worked either for a contractor, or as a subcontractor, as I did for fifteen months in Paris.

Sorry to burst your illusions! I can be crusty, but am known more for my dark humor, love of gourmet cuisine, jazz and blues clubs, and causing Democrats night sweats!
