Although I have not been a resident of the Shoals all my life I have been since the early 90's and some of the best Chicken Fingers I have found and heard folks brag about comes from the old Court Street and also Princetons restaurant. Now that both are long gone there are some restaurants that have resurrected their recipes or certainly provide Chicken Fingers that are very close if not the same as the old Court Street and Princeton ones.
Court Street ---- Many say that Ricatoni's and City Hardware are the same as the Old Court Street Cafe but given Rick was a partner he should have easily known the formula/recipe so maybe so.
Princetons --- Since the opening of Sam's Grille, in the old Demos' building was by a former manager or owner of Princetons then again the recipe should be spot on and to me is very close if not the same or identical.
Independent of the above mentioned restaurants another local eatery that I believe serves Chicken Fingers that are very close to both Court Street's and Princeton's is New Orleans Transfer, on Wilson Dam Road. Guess it's still great to be able to find great tasting Chicken fingers in the area and I'm sure I'm missing out on several other places so maybe some others will contribute.
