Great example. Unfortunately though we have some Christians, maybe well meaning ,and certainly caring and usually very loving Christians, like Pat Robinson, at CBN, making statements like he did about Haiti bringing the earthquake upon themselves and it being God's judgement for their actions a century ago. Even if he truly believes this it does Christianity or any religion any good to talk about that at this time.

As a Christian I was ashamed to hear this come from the lips of a man that has a history of being a very caring and devout person.

Pat Robertson blames every tragedy on the sins of the victims. To claim that the Haitians brought this tragedy onto themselves two centuries ago when they "made a pact with Satan" to rid themselves of their French slave masters is just more of the same ridiculousness that Pat Robertson spews regularly.

Anyone that claims that God or Satan is the cause of natural occurance like an earthquake or tornado is bat spit crazy and should be put in an asylum; or better, convicted of fraud and forced to repay every cent he has taken from those gullible enough to believe he is a spokesman for God.

Pat Robertson is a charltan and should be run out of town on a rail.
