When the IRS was harassing conservative groups for years, they ignored the progressives using so called charity foundations as slush funds. Of which the Clinton Foundation was a major player.

"Between 2009 and 2012, the Clinton Foundation raised over $500 million dollars according to a review of IRS documents by The Federalist (2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008). A measly 15 percent of that, or $75 million, went towards programmatic grants. More than $25 million went to fund travel expenses. Nearly $110 million went toward employee salaries and benefits. And a whopping $290 million during that period — nearly 60 percent of all money raised — was classified merely as “other expenses.” "

The trend continued into 2013,, as well.

"The Clinton family’s mega-charity took in more than $140 million in grants and pledges in 2013 but spent just $9 million on direct aid.

The group spent the bulk of its windfall on administration, travel, and salaries and bonuses, with the fattest payouts going to family friends.

On its 2013 tax forms, the most recent available, the foundation claimed it spent $30 million on payroll and employee benefits; $8.7 million in rent and office expenses; $9.2 million on “conferences, conventions and meetings”; $8 million on fund-raising; and nearly $8.5 million on travel. None of the Clintons are on the payroll, but they do enjoy first-class flights paid for by the Foundation."

TRUTH -- THE NEW HATE SPEECH!

It doesn't matter what party you belong to.  This is good-natured political humor from a show on   Canadian TV, where a black comedian said he misses Bill Clinton: “Yep, that's right - I miss Bill Clinton!”

He was the closest thing we ever got to having a real black man as President. He played the saxophone.... He smoked weed. He had his way with ugly white women. Even now? Look at him ... his wife works, and he doesn't! And, he gets a check from the government every month. Manufacturers announced today that they will be stocking America’s shelves this week with “Clinton Soup," in honor of one of the nations' distinguished men. It consists primarily of a weenie in hot water. Chrysler Corporation is adding a new car to its line to honor Bill Clinton. The Dodge Drafter will be built in Canada. When asked what he thought about foreign affairs, Clinton replied, "I don't know, I never had one." The Clinton revised judicial oath:  "I solemnly swear to tell the truth as I know it, the whole truth as I believe it to be, and nothing but what I think you need to know."

A spokesman for the Clintons keeps stating there is no evidence of wrong doing .  Surprise, a former governor of Virginia and his wife; and a former governor of Alabama were all prosecuted without an exacting trail from receiving a bribe to performance of a favor,  Whether Hillary is prosecuted depends upon DoJ,  However,  one of the non-political appointee prosecutors might make the case, The AG would be wary of stopping an ongoing investigation,

Saw in the news that Obama's email was read by Russian hackers. For that, blame Hillary.  A Hungarian hacker found  the route to Hillary's private server,  From that server Russian hackers broke into State's servers and, hence to the WH servers and Obama's email.  For that alone, if I were Obama, I'd let the DoJ loose on her.

Oh yes, they have admitted they found 'mistakes' in their returns. As you say, demmie speak for 'we're caught'. The pity of it though, it doesn't matter to dem voters. We have to stop thinking there may be an honest dem voter out there, there isn't. They are all 'in on it' so to speak and don't think there's a thing wrong with doing what they have to do to take over political offices.

They have the fall of America well in hand and will stop at nothing to break

it's back. They've come too close, and may never be this close again for a

long time. What I have never understood is how this is OK for an American.

I realize now they aren't true Americans with love of country.

Rather than lose this country I would rather fight another civil war. Why not,

the last one proved successful.

We've stood by and let in so much trash from so many countries, and those aren't true Americans. They call them Americans, but they are only people from other countries living here, way too many of them at taxpayers expense, no matter their real financial state. A plague of locusts if you will. When the country is drained, and not profitable to them, or they don't like their new masters, they will just go home or move to another country to destroy. If they can find one that hasn't been ruined by them yet.

Considering the extremely small amount spent in the philantrophic side, i would be amazed,  Too bad the foundation wasn't incorporated in a Republican controlled state, it could be investigated by that state.

Add another 1100 foreign donors to the slush fund:

A charity affiliated with the Clinton Foundation failed to reveal the identities of its 1,100 donors, creating a broad exception to the foundation’s promise to disclose funding sources as part of an ethics agreement with the Obama administration.

The number of undisclosed contributors to the charity, the Canada-based Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership, signals a larger zone of secrecy around foundation donors than was previously known.

Details of the organization’s fundraising were disclosed this week by a spokeswoman for the Canadian group’s founder, mining magnate Frank Giustra.

Of course no one was expecting quid pro quo!

With 10% of the proceeds going to the po' folks, at least we can't say that the Clinton Foundation didn't do any good.

Out-of-control family affair': Experts question Clinton Foundation’s true charitable spending

The charity run by the Clintons has raised $2 billion since it was founded in 2001 — $144.3 million in 2013 alone — but only a small fraction of the take went to its “life-saving work,” according to analysts who monitor non-profits.

The Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation claims 88 percent of the money it raises goes to actual charity work, but experts who have looked at the books put the number at about 10 percent. The rest, they say, goes mostly to salaries, benefits, travel and fund-raising.

The Washington Post issued three Pinocchios for this lie (four is the highest they award.).

"In an attempt to deflect attention from the nexus of cash and influence, Clinton Foundation exec Maura Pally declared that the organization couldn’t disclose the donors to the Clinton-Giustra Enterprise Partnership because Canadian law prevented it:"

http://hotair.com/archives/201...n-foundation-excuse/

"The charity’s memo notes that under Canadian law, donors have the right to privacy, and that the board of directors has a fiduciary responsibility to use donors’ personal information for its own charitable purposes. While that may be the case, Pally’s statement implies that there is a blanket Canadian law that bans charities from disclosing donor information without permission. That is not exactly the case."

Hillary's entourage can't even lie effectively.  Perhaps, they shoud ask the administration for lessons,.

Walker does seem "fresh".

If he can get past the "Old Guard" of the Republican Party.

"Minnow" McConnell, "Weepy Bohner", "McCan't McCain" and the "Which-Way-Should-I-Sway" Gang of, LIFETIME Republicans.

But then, there are those die hard "Union Men" to contend with.

The more I read about the Clinton Foundation, the more I see corruption or the appearance thereof.

The Clintons use the contributions for first class private aircraft travel and hotels.  During the trave, they may give speeches and take contributors on junkets. The payments for the speeches can go into the Clinton's pockets or to the foundation,  Donations appear before a number of decisions in favor of the contributor.  Employees of the foundation are friends of Bill.  An old army term "self-licking lollipop" appears to apply -- a thing that only exists to serve itself.

Came across this while looking at something else. I knew it was a (D) because I looked at about nine articles to see if they mentioned his political party before I just searched his name. If it's a Republican it's in the headline/title of the article.
