This weekend (I know many of you can hardly wait) the Conservative Political Action Committee (CPAC) will have its annual frolic in Washington.  As the time approaches, dissention has broken loose in the CPAC ranks, with the untra-wingnuts opposing speakers they deem too "liberal." Governor Chris Christie, a truly viable prospect for the 2016 national ticket, is apparently anathema to these wing nuts, but they are altogether delighted that such "stars" in the firmament of political fundamentalism will be there.  Ah, yes, folks like Allen West, Wayne LaPierre, Rick Santorum, Ann Coulter, and Rick Perry, plus the blithering soccer mom of the frozen north. Will Ted Nugent be on the program?  Will Clint Eastwood show up with chair in hand?  Many of the wingers are opposed to the appearance of yet another loser, Mitt Romney, a RINO in the narrowly-focused view of Tea Party types.     Tune in to C-Span this weekend and watch the fun.
