Culpepper's Bakery Pineapple Rolls Recipe?

My dad grew up in the Shoals and I'm desperately searching for a pineapple roll recipe that is even remotely similar to what Culpepper's used to make. I myself am not a fan of pineapple so I've never tried their pineapple rolls so I really have no idea what I'm looking for. Does anyone have a recipe they would be willing to share that is similar to Culpepper's? Or does anyone know how to get in touch with the Culpepper's on the off chance that they have published a recipe book? This is for personal use ONLY and will not be shared.
