I'm not sure how to answer the question. Let me contact my Congressman and see what he thinks, and then I'll vote.

Then you have to believe that you personally are responsible for this great feat, despite not participating in any major way. Then you have to believe that telling a starving man that if he would just kiss your buttocks after telling him he is a whining beggar and not worth feeding you will feed him. Then you have to jump to another conclusion that the government has taken on the responsibility of feeding that hungry man so he does not have to kiss your buttocks, and then you have to jump again, to the conclusion that you are somehow better than the hungry man and immune from being in his shoes. THEN YOU CAN VOTE YES. And make USA1 happy.
Or, you could conclude that USA 1 is trying, as usual, to prove that Liberals whine too much, and vote NO.

Actually Ed, I suspect he is refurring to the "nanny state", but without qualification, we may never know.
excelman, You are probably right. I think of myself as superficial, and shallow on many issues, but I look like the Mariana Trench in comparison with his TOTAL dependence on the ravings of Limbaugh and O'Reilly.
