This is another of those :Gimme the money suits. How in heck is this going to change the course of history? Does playing ball influence people when you apply for a job? Probably the MAMA's are after the money more than the kids! It should be throw out before it gets started. Some lawyers in this area will sue over anything. Next time i get gum stuck on my shoe or get tar from roadway on my new car, i am going to call this one. A person i know very well; fell and was injured and this one of our first class lawyers refused to take the case because it involved family but will take this kind of foolish things. I guess 30 to 35% is good pay for wasting the courts time.

Just me!!

If the link below is the article you're talking about, it doesn't mention changing the course of history. Those girls have a right to have been in the pictures & at least had their names mentioned in the yearbook.

I think most courts frown upon a lawyer representing family. Most lawyer's won't do it.

When I was in high school, the librarian mistook one of his delinquent and unruly students for me.  Because of this, I missed going to Boy's State, and wasn't in the National Honor Society that year.  Filing a lawsuit against the jackass was never even considered by me or my parents.  I did get an apology, though.  I guess by the reasoning of these mothers, that apology was worth $10,000.

It's *add*, not *ad*, and you need a punctuation mark, and it's *those* not *hose*.  It was Dire that made the post that for days you ranted at me about, even after being shown and told your mistake over and over. Mistakes! You make so many, where do we begin!!
