Even Obama couldn't trust him.
Even if true, it's a non-issue; sometimes a s***hole country really is a s***hole. Considering that it was a gathering of opposing politicians without cameras and microphones, it's a certainty that there will be conflicting stories.
The real shame is it was a bipartition meeting. He left it and ran to the cameras to shame President Trump. Think if you were in a meeting and someone else from the meeting went out and announced what you said. Would you meet with them again? Only if you are a fool, thus shutting down communication.
I have been in lots of meetings and the best results were when participants could speak candid. When we have to watch everything we say often progress does not happen. Debates in meetings often move things forward, however media blowing things up slow things down.
