Listen to the 911 call - dispatcher says they'll have a car there as soon as one becomes available and tries to get her off the phone by telling her to talk to the officer when he gets there. All as she is telling the dispatcher that she has been kidnapped and missing for 10 years. And we wonder why the kidnapper thought he could get away with it......

It is great they all lived through this and can testify against the perpetrators.
It's going to be interesting to find out how, for 10 years, six, and then seven, people, lived in a house so close to others that it looks like you could almost reach out and touch them, yet some neighbors thought the house was empty.

The dispatcher is suppose to stay on the line until police arrive. The police did not do their job or the women would have been found sooner. The neighbor called the police numerous times and said that they were thing going on at the resident. Like a lady crawling around naked in the back yard, see a little girl in the attic window, and hearing noises of banging at the house. One of the men taking a little girl to the park. It said that the police did not take the calls seriously when the neighbors call to report these things. 10 years is a long time to be held in a neighborhood without being seen. And the child, she must have been scared to death the reason that she did not go outside of the house. It would be very hard to keep a child inside all the time. So sad and disbelieving that someone did not find out about the women.
