Crash,

You'll never get an answer out of Bill. You already know this.  You've uncovered an inconsistency in his theology that he cannot reconcile. Like in the Star Trek episode, you've confused the robot, but this time the robot can live with an inconsistency in logic so, unfortunately, will not self destruct. Instead he will deflect the argument and construct a personal attack against you and anyone else that disagrees with him. Now he will attack me.

When you do the fundy two-step, this Scripture keeps coming to mind:

Matthew 23:13-15

“But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you shut the kingdom of heaven in people's faces. For you neither enter yourselves nor allow those who would enter to go in. Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you travel across sea and land to make a single proselyte, and when he becomes a proselyte, you make him twice as much a child of hell as yourselves.

My Friend, as much as I love entertaining you kiddies, it is time for me to put away the toys and start talking with the adults once again.

Now, you can go play in the sandbox with other atheist and secularist kiddies.

And here it is.  When caught out in your hypocrisy with no where to squirm, you revert to the very thing that you accuse me of.

Let me leave you with this thought:

"If someone tells me that he has accepted Christ as his Savior yet lives the same selfish, sin-oriented life as before, I have reason to think that he might be self-deceived.  After all, as this book has shown, the work of God in the heart is deep and lasting.  Not only should we question someone's salvation if his life is unchanged, but he should question it too."  ("How You Can Be Sure That You Will Spend Eternity With God"  by Erwin W. Lutzer, 1996, page118).

That is very interesting, Bill.  When you were saved, did you correct your previous misbehavior of getting a divorce and remarrying?  Paul says that it is necessary for salvation.

So, a person who tells me he is a Christian believer -- yet, he disses God, he disses God's Bible, he disses all Christians who attempt to share God's Word with him, and he refuses to be part of any local Christian church fellowship -- don't you agree that person should question his relationship with Jesus Christ?  Just a thought.

I'll explain it to you once again.  I don't "diss" God, the Bible or "all" Christians.  I refute and ridicule your misinterpretation of the Bible, your belief that the Bible is God, and your fundamentalism heresy and hypocrisy.

I refute the idea that going into a particular building once or twice a week is the only way to take part in Christian fellowship.  I take part in Christian fellowship daily.

When a person tells me he is a Christian believer, yet willfully refuses to follow Jesus' teachings, equates the Bible with God, misinterprets the Bible and what  other Christians say,  and tells every other Christian he "dialogues" with that they are wrong - don't you agree that person should question his relationship with Jesus Christ?  Just a thought.

God bless, have a wonderful, blessed day,

Have another blissed day,

So, Crusty, my Friend,

You tell me YOU are a Christian believer.   Yet, you diss God, you diss God's Bible, yo diss all Christians who attempt to share God's Word with him.  AND, you refuse to be part of any local Christian church fellowship.  Don't you agree that any believer should question your relationship with Jesus Christ?

God bless, have a wonderful, blessed day,

You are stuttering again, Bill DHL™

I'll explain it to you once again.  I don't "diss" God, the Bible or "all" Christians.  You continue to repeat this lie, over and over.  It was a lie yesterday, it is a lie today, and it will be a lie tomorrow.  What  I refute and ridicule your misinterpretation of the Bible, your belief that the Bible is God, and your fundamentalism heresy and hypocrisy.   Since you are not God, the Bible, or Christianity, to refute and ridicule you is not ridiculing any of those things.

Bill,

In case you don't understand what Crusty is saying....he's telling you he's "dissing" your interpretation of the bible. He's not "dissing" God.

Crusty, my Friend,

I interpret and read the Bible as the Holy Spirit INSPIRED, Holy Spirit INERRANT, Holy Spirit LITERAL Written Word of God.

How do YOU interpret and read the Bible?

Crusty, to YOU, what is the Bible?

God bless, have a wonderful, blessed day,

Bill

I see that you still think the Holy Spirit is some kind of ghost.  That alone shows me that you are on the wrong path.

Your bibliolatry is showing once again, Bill DHL™.  Equating the Bible with God himself is heresy.  Your interpretation of the Bible is constantly fallacious.  You've completely missed the message of the Bible, and confuse your worship of the Bible with a relationship with God.

I've pointed out decisively your hypocrisy and your lies.  God and Jesus need neither.

Crusty, my Friend,

Mark 1:8 (KJV), "I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost."

Mark 1:8 (NKJV), “I indeed baptized you with water, but He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.”

Mark 1:8 (NASB), “I baptized you with water; but He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.”

My Friend, are YOU denying the Trinity:  Father, Son, Holy Spirit as taught in the Bible?

When we read from YOU:

Your bibliolatry is showing once again, Bill DHL™.  Equating the Bible with God himself is heresy.  Your interpretation of the Bible is constantly fallacious.

I equate that with Crusty.

And, when I read:

Genesis 1:1, "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth."

John 1:1-3, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God.  All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being."

I equate that with God!

Where is the fallacy of either understanding?

So, once again:

I interpret and read the Bible as the Holy Spirit INSPIRED, Holy Spirit INERRANT, Holy Spirit LITERAL Written Word of God.

How do YOU interpret and read the Bible?

Crusty, to YOU, what is the Bible?

My Friend, if you are not capable of answering those simple questions -- just tell me.  I will understand.   But, please, no more Atheist Dancing around the questions.

A child might dance -- but, an adult would answer.  Which are YOU?

God bless, have a wonderful, blessed day,

If you continue to believe the Holy Spirit is some kind of ghost, you've missed the whole point of the Bible.  Why do you think it is only the KJV that uses the word "ghost"?  It is because it is a bad translation.  One bad translation does not make other translations mean the same thing as the bad translation.  This is the kind of fundamentalist nonsense I expect of you.  Get help quick, your time is running out.

You do know that the "Word" in John does not translate as "Bible"?  No translator or Biblical scholar of any repute would ever make that connection.

Show me in the Bible where it speaks of a Holy Quartet.

Bill DHL™, your D is in full bloom.  You need to get right with God, he'd never let you go this far astray if you had an actual relationship with him.
