Granted, there is corruption in Ford's family, but if Ford himself had been, or is, a part of that corruption, you can bet your sweet redneck arse that it would have been discovered and put to use by his enemies by now. Ford is very smart, and he is certainly smart enough to recognize the liabilities created by certain members of his family and to stay way clear of even a hint of involvement in the kinds of activities some of them have been associated with.

Judge the man for himself, not by the actions of his family.

So, then, as far as you are concerned, a person stands condemned if others in his family have been shown to have done corrupt or illegal things. Is THAT a fair standard, or is it just the particular unfair standard you apply to those whose politics do not suit you?
