Has anyone heard about?

I really dont remember when but awhile back a man was thrown off the RR overpass on Woodward Ave.He was nude and lost an arm and still managed to climb back up to the highway.I dont recall hearing anything about what or who was involved.Iwould like to know what happened to the guy and if he was able to direct the police to who did it.
