He ABSOLUTELY has... A Vice President is NOT supposed to cross the boundries of LEADING the country, but he has done it numerous time.

This entire Administration has broken more laws, taken away more rights, and violated more Constitutional rights than any other past Administration.

People used to joke about Hillary being President while Bill was in office... but NEVER ONCE do you hear a VP do anything but ASSIST with Presidental decisions. I think Cheney has more control of everything going on than Bush does.

I know Cheney was trying real hard to get the American public to 'buy into' torturing prisoners of war... sad!!!!
