Jack, if you put any confidence in any of the numerous bogus commercial posts involving cures for such conditions as Alzheimer's and cancer and diabetes, then you are even more clueless than I have heretofore thought! 

I don't know about Alzheimer's , but she is definitely a mental case.

Go ahead and spend your money on whichever of those bogus cures you hope to heal your deranged brain with, Jack.  It couldn't do any harm beyond the massive damage that little shriveled knot of tissue has already sustained.
