Some very stupid replies. No one is placing blame anywhere yet. For someone to kill four people there has to be a cause. To think cops don't piss people off is not facing reality.

Before it is all through every stone will be turned. There will be no secrets in any of those officers families, their police connections, or working environment before it is over.
