I would agree to relief funds. However, the spending of the funds should be heavily scrutinized. Flint have proven they can't be trusted with money.
I believe hurricanes and tornadoes are considered "acts of God" and decades of democratick rule are considered slow suicide. A loan for the people of Flint to pay back is a more reasonable solution; it's about time those folks learned how to take responsibility.

Where are the hypocrites? Well, dems caused this mess, then tried to put it off on Republicans, so it is clear that the hypocrites, AS USUAL, are the democrits.
