Did anyone happen to catch this last night on PBS? It was a wonderful display of the Muscle Shoals music history. Additionally, the personal background of Rick Hall was very interesting. I hope they re-air it, or continue a series. Kudos to PBS and all involved!

I didn't watch it on PBS but I went to the premiere at UNA last spring. It was a great documentary. It made me cry a couple of times, it was so moving. The music was AWESOME! Definitely worth watching for those that have not. It gives a lot of insight into what happened here with the music industry. It is amazing that so many talented people came to our little neck of the woods to record their music.
They are replaying it several times.
Watched and enjoyed it immensely. You can get it on DVD.
We watched it and enjoyed it too. I didn't know a lot of that stuff. Makes you appreciate the Shoals Area even more.
Agreed.........it also makes you appreciate Rick Hall for what he did
Attended the premier at the Marriott, thoroughly enjoyed the documentary. Grew up with some of the musicians. Bought the DVD and am glad to see the Shoals area using the music heritage to entice tourists.
