Rabbi Moishe Arye Friedman, left, shakes hands with Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, during Ahmadinejad's meeting with participants of a conference on the Holocaust, in Tehran, Iran, Teusday, Dec. 12, 2006. Participants at a conference questioning whether the Holocaust took place praised Iran's hard-line president on Tuesday, saying the gathering gives them the chance to air theories casting doubt on the Nazi genocide that are banned in parts of Europe. Ahmadinejad initiated the two-day gathering, which began on Monday, in an attempt to bolster his image as a leader standing up to Israel, Europe and the United States - an image he has used to whip up support at home and abroad. "David Duke, an ex-Klan leader and former Louisiana state representative, was among those at the two-day (Holocaust deniers') conference (in Tehran, Iran). Although organizers touted it as a scholarly gathering, the meeting angered many in countries such as Austria, Germany and France, where it is illegal to deny aspects of the Nazi Holocaust."

Actually, SL...Confederate General Nathan Bedford Forrest organized the KKK with much more noble intent in mind (to thwart Northern carpetbaggers, spousal abusers and dead beat 'dads'). It wasn't until the Great Depression that the KKK begame adulterated and morphed into its current hateful form. BTW...I bet you didn't know that General Forrest used BLACK soldiers (Yep! There WERE black soldiers in the Army of the South) for his personal body guards.

It's really no small wonder that Dukes would 'kiss up' to the Muslims. Hilter used Eastern European Muslims during WWII to help in rounding up Jews.

Islamist come in four grades -- crazy, crazier, craziest, and looney tunes. In Iran, the craziest and the looney tunes are vying for power.

Highest ranking black officer in the War of Northern Aggression, as great-grandmother used to say, was Major James Noble, Corps of Engineers, attached to the Stonewall Brigade, Army of Northern Virginia. History isn't simple.
Current hateful form... that IS the concern now, isn't it?

They are original home-grown, American Terrorist Organization.

Who cares if they once baked apple pies and helped little old ladies cross the street? Charles Manson and Hitler also once nursed at their mother's paps!

There's...or was....a monument in New Orleans honoring black soldiers of the Confederacy. Do a Google search.

By today's definition, George Washington would be considered a 'terrorist'. Be careful with your 'brush'.
I wrote a comment and I can't find it now, but if Saul could be saved and instead of killing people then the Klan can be saved and they won't have to continue to burn crosses and hurting God but bring souls and saving soul, so one day instead of going to hell they can go to Heaven to be with God and Jesus and God won't condemn them for continuing to burning the cross for false prentensed that make no sense to them and him either. Why do people need to make people feel bad we are all different races and that what God love about us all, I don't think there is a pure race no matter how much we prentend it's a lie. But as long as we have God and Jesus as our cornerstone we can make it.
What in the world? Nazis, KKK, Iran's leaders and anybody else ignorant enough to believe the Holocaust never happened could fall off the earth today and they would not be missed. Why? Because they contribute nothing to society. All they know how to do well is hate. If one of them repents or turns away from everything they currently stand for and becomes a new man or woman, well, glory hallelujah! But until then, they'll get no defense from my team.

interventor - the vast majority of muslims are not crazy. They are not fanatics. They are very devout people. They are nuts in every religion, nation, or people on earth.

Do you have any factual evidence about Major Noble or the SS divisions?

First, Islam is, to be frank, an evil religion. I have been to the Middle East. Also, one of my classes had a former Fundamentalist Sunni Muslim speak about Islam, differences, etc. The Koran contradicts itself, etc. He abandoned Islam, came to the USA, and now is a Christian. He himself called Islam very corrupt and dangerous.

Second, what he is referring to is Bosnia Muslims or Croat Muslims from the former Yugoslavia.

They wore the Fez cap, red with a tassel. On the front of the Fez was the SS death head rune, two SS with a skull to the front of it. I have seen the uniforms in person in private collections, one located in Guntersville, AL (a girl I used to date while at Auburn, I visited her at her home in Guntersville during Spring Break 1994. THe items are from her brother's collection). Many served in SS units in southern Europe (SS had Norwegians, French, Dutch, etc. later in the war. In fact, most of the "German" POW's taken at Normandy on D-Day were actually Russian POW's conscripted into the German Wermacht).

Also, the Ba'ath Party origins come from Egypt. During 1938, Hitler had Ribbentrop meet with Arab leaders. Hitler needed a way to secure a route from North Africa across Trans-Jordan (now Syria, Palestine, Jordan, Iraq), up the Caucusus Region, then to southern Russia. The UK controlled Mesopotamia, now Iraq. The UK beat down an Iraqi uprising consisting of Ba'athists in about 1941-42. If Hitler had taken Egypt, he could have possibly made it to the oil rich Caucusus area.....energy problem solved.

The above was discussed on The History Channel not so long ago.

While in Iraq, I took pictures of Nazi weapons. Most of the weaponry there was Soviet or Warsaw Pact in origin. However, Saddam was obsessed with Hitler and Stalin....hmmmm...all three are butchers.....Anyways, I saw the following Nazi weapons, and have pics to prove it:

STG-44 Sturmgewhr assault rifle
MP-40 machine pistole
K-98K rifle
P-08 Luger
Artillery Luger Pistol
M96 Mauser Pistol
Consecutive serial numbered pair of Borchardt pistols.....

Yes, the Ba'athist in the Middle East are, to be frank, Nazi in origin, or Fascist.

If you ever go to Richmond, VA take a visit to the National Museum of the Confederacy. The White House of the CSA is there on the grounds. They have a display showing and discussing black Southern soldiers, including one in uniform.

It is another historical fact, erased from the collective memory, because it is not P.C. for the current times, and not taught in public school history classes. Go to a college level class, very different.
An astute observance!
A very astute observance, indeed!

Very few would even consider or think (or put two and two together) that Werner von Braun, Arthur Rudolph and a host of other top-level Nazis were part of "Operation Paperclip," a then-top secret U.S. government-led effort to import Nazis from Germany after WWII.

Not only were at least 100 Nazis imported to the United States with official blessing of top-level American security organizations, they were given Top-Secret clearances, extraordinarily high salaries, and given American citizenship.

What's equally surprising is that much of this information was purposely kept covered up until recently.

Official cover up...
There were Blacks in the southern army, and the Civil War was not started because of slavery. Abraham Lincoln brought that into play later on in the war in his Emancipation Proclamation. The Civil war was started because of states rights. The south wanted out of the union because they were getting screwed financially by the north. It says in the constitution that you have the right to do this, when you are being treated unfairly. There were also whites in the south that served in the Northern Army.
The KKK was started in Pulaski Tn., by General Nathan Bedford Forrest, and Sam Davis was hung at Minor Hill TN, for being a spy. The KKK was started mostly because of the carpet baggers that came down from the north.
There were things that souldn`t have been done on both sides. I don`t think that Sherman should have gotten by with what he did to the South either, it was completely uncalled for.
Before the Civil War Virginia was one big state. It split and West Virginia fought for the north and Virginia fought for the south. Robert E Lee was from Virginia and he fought for the south because he thought that was the right thing for him to do. Arlington National Cemetary is on property that came from Robert E Lee`s estate. Kentucky was netural, and I believe Missouri was to, but there were people from those states that fought for the south, and some that fought for the north.
Slavery was and always will be wrong, and I have no use for the KKK. There is slavery going on in this world today in some of the African Countries and other places, and it should not be ignored.
I think that we have an obligation, with history when we teach it in our schools or any where else to tell it like it was. There was someone,I can`t recall the name, that once said, "Those that forget history are doomed to repeat it" I think that this is still true today.
I think that the scientists that we got from Germany during WWII,was something that we had to do. If we had not taken these scientists in you can be sure that Russia would have. I think that Russia probably got the better of the group in the ones that they got. They were way ahead of us in the space program for a while.
There were a lot of people during the war that played both sides of the fence. there were american companies that continued to trade with the Germans all through the war, and Henry Ford was a well known Jew hater. He wrote a book called The International Jew, and also wrote articles for newspapers against them. I have read that Hitler had a picture of Henry Ford in his headquaters office and that he greatly admired him.
Charles Lindburg thought that we couldn`t defeat the Germans. He didn`t think that we were militarily capable of it. He must have really believed this, because we found out a few years ago that he had a mistress in Germany, and a couple of kids.
There are some things that people just don`t know about. Some people don`t like to study history, and some do. I love it myself.
I grew up during the fifties and I don`t think there very many people that didn`t know where Werner Von Braun was from.
I also know that the Bayer Co., was a German medical co., that took part in some of the medical experiments that the Germans did to the Jews, and that they were not allowed to sell their products in the states, until the fifties some time.

No luck. I have read numerous scholarly works on the Civil War and cannot find any metion of Black troops fighting for the CSA in combat roles. I don't beleive that it happened. Slaves performed labor and were servants to some soldiers and that is all. The official policy of the CSA was no blacks in combat roles until early 1865 and no black unit were ever mustered in. Find some proof.
Frederick Douglas said "There are at the present moment, many colored men in the Confederate Army doing duty...as real soldiers, having muskets on their shoulders and bullets in their pockets"

Blacks were with the Confederates officially as cooks, blacksmiths, musicians, whatever. The Confederate army didn't officially allow blacks to take arms and fight until close to the end of the war. In the thick of battle, rules were overlooked and blacks did take up arms against the north. That's why you're not going to see any official record listing blacks as soldiers, only support labor. The only information we have is personal accounts of the black confederates themselves, eye witnesses, and old photos of confederate reunions where blacks proudly sit next to their white counterparts.

Here's a good site.

There's your proof. There is plenty more out there if you look.

Good point!!

And therein lies the problem. 'They' (revisionists, racists, etc) don't want to 'look'.

I think people DO look, and I think that the people in the North are by far more racist than anyone in the South is. There is time, and time, and time again that this is proven.

I think the only racism in the South is inside those who just cannot accept people who are different than them... and I do not mean the white/black situation.

I further think more blacks have a higher attitude of race than the white people do.

But who am I to say since my best friend happens to be black, and she and I can talk frankly about all sorts of things going on in which race place a part of it... way back then, and now.
You can watch the History Channel and see pictures of black Confederate soldiers that fought against the northern invasion. For those of you that have a difficult time doing research ,the history channel is pretty good.

Did you know that down town Nashville was full of southern prostitutes that infected a very large number of yankee soldiers with VD? The yankee comanders sent the girls away on a river boat but the boat brought them back a few weeks later! LOL

Saul was one person, who withdrew from the organization he was part of when he was saved. The organization was not disbanded or saved, Just Saul. There are a lot of converted KKK members who saw the error of their ways and now reject the organization and all of its principals. And, there are a lot of people who will not forgive them for having been members. And, it's a good thing that murder is illegal, or some of the former Klansmen would be pushing up daisies in unmarked graves.
