"SWEDEN RIOT: Police forced to shoot at protesters as violence erupts - yet PM is in denial

The terrifying scenes took place just hours after the country’s Prime Minister, Stefan Löfven, slammed for claiming was in crisis as a result of its liberal refugee policy.

Stockholm police were forced to fire a shot into the rampaging crowd in the hard-hit suburb of Rinkeby, after a mob of around 30 thugs started attacking the officers with rocks.

Violence erupted after the police had tried to arrest a wanted person on the subway.

Sylvia Odin, of the Stockholm police, said: “There was stone throwing and they were placed in a situation where a number of people jointly attacked and threw stones. They felt vulnerable and threatened.

“The initial information we received was that a warning shot [was fired] but when the picture cleared, it turned out it was for effect [meaning it was intended to hit the target].”

Another officer told Aftonbladet: “The police were cornered between the stone throwers and their car and shot towards the stone thrower but missed.”

In addition to the police being attacked, emergency services had their hands full as 10 cars were set alight in Rinkeby.

A photographer from Dagens Nyheter was also reportedly attacked during the clashes as he said a group of around 15 people had assaulted him when he arrived in Rinkeby to report on the unrest.

"I was hit with a lot of punches and kicks both to my body and my head. I have spent the night in hospital," he said. "

The press carries nothing of this in the US -- duplicitous bastids.  First, France, now, Sweden, police allowed to use live ammo.  In Europe, this is not common.

Watched Tucker Carson last night, surprised the way
Ami Horowitz danced around the truth.
---------------------------------

Tucker Carlson‘s Fox show became the center of a controversy regarding President Trump and Sweden, and so he devoted the first 20 minutes of his show tonight to addressing it.

To recap: Carlson brought on a filmmaker to talk about a rise in crime in Sweden and its link to Sweden welcoming more refugees. Trump said the next day people should look at what happened “last night in Sweden.” People were confused what he was talking about, and the president had to clarify he was referring to the Fox segment.

Tonight Carlson brought back that filmmaker, Ami Horowitz, to respond to the officers he interviewed saying that they were unfairly edited. Horowitz insisted he did no such thing and said he himself had his words distorted by Politifact.

Carlson also talked to a journalist working for a Swedish publication and a former U.S. ambassador to Sweden, and they both got into it with Carlson over stats showing a rise in crime.

Carlson was particularly perturbed about what he sees as a cultural climate in Sweden where questioning whether refugees are connected to a rise in crime is practically a “thought crime” that could get you in trouble.

Most of the socalled fact checker sites are left wing supported. To source my post, I had to use a Brit tabloid.  AftonBladet isn't carrying the info, as far asI can find. Same for much of that on the riots in France. The UK still has a semi-free press. Europe is closing down minds and info sources.

"Fascism is always coming to America.  But, somehow, it always arrives in Europe."
