Not too sure what that has to do with gambling. Tax payments are down everywhere in the nation as a result of the recession. Logically , that would include tax receipts from casinos.
Raising property tax is Bob Riley's answer, but if in the end it forces people out of their houses, is that better than fewer people at the blackjack tables?
