What have you done, my grandparents tried for more than 3 hours on the phone to check on their checking account and could not figure it out, they called me to try to do and I couldn't do it either. We went to the bank and even the teller didn't know how to either after waiting in line for almost an hour. Anybody else having a problem with them. There was notthing wrong with the way they used to have it.

I use TVA CCU . have never had any problems with them. I had almost a fight with Listerhill once, as they could not seem to obtain the payoff for a loan when they were given 3 days notice. They once lost a deposit my son had made.
No reason for me to do business with them.
I was thinking their systems were going to be down changing to a new computer system.

We use TVACCU too. I love it, never had any problems at all.
The warning that they were going to shut down has been up all over their branch offices since last month. I'm not even a Listerhill customer and I saw them.
they sent me a Card through the Mail that it was going to be down, after the new system was installed I called and it gave me an 800 Number to call to activate my Account and I haven't had any trouble at all checking My Account since.
