Lowe Mill 1st Floor Grand Opening this Weekend

I haven't been here yet, but I will try to talk a friend of mine (with a more reliable car) to going there this weekend. It looks like a great place to see artwork, meet the artists and maybe even see them at work. And a plus in my book - they have an elevator for me and my wheelchair!
